At So Good BB, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty purchase. If you are not happy with your order, items in original, unopened condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all safety seals remain intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned products, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
